I have had many opportunities to add my thoughts on how to improve our operations. The most recent occasion was to take on the role of field trainer for my sales region. It has given me a reason share my “pearls of experience”. I have been listening to new employee challenges and helping them to find solutions. It has been incredibly rewarding to teach new sales colleagues our business processes and to participate in providing solutions that will help them build their overall success.
