As Senior Key Account Manager for New York (Long Island and Manhattan), I enjoy representing Octapharma, providing leadership, and being the best resource I can be to my customers. That means sharing best practices, disseminating information, and interacting with a wide variety of clients on calls and at conferences. I get to meet wonderful, interesting people. On the flip side, I also love having an impact on our company’s success, whether by contributing to meeting our goals or by mentoring new Key Account Managers to do well in their position.
